Abstract

In this paper I address interreligious dialogue as a method of conversion to Christianity in Minutius Felix's Octavius (2nd century). My investigation is divided into four sections. In the first I present the minimum coordinates to locate Felix's text in the cultural enclave in which it was written. In the second, I focus on interreligious dialogue as a method to find the truth, as presented by the author. In the third and fourth sections, I expose the most outstanding aspects of the speeches of the character of the pagan, Caecilius, and of the Christian, Octavius.
