The Justice of Jesus: The Case of the Adulterous Woman
Keywords:
Administration of justice, Hermeneutics, Prudence, Models of rationalityAbstract
This paper is based on a fundamental hermeneutic purpose. I will focus on the analysis of an exemplary case referring to the administration of justice understood as an essential factor for adequate social coexistence. Discussing the administration of justice requires questioning current decision-making models, since the act of administering justice presupposes a subject capable of judging prudently (fairly) and of imposing a decision that is the result of informed deliberation.
